lol, yes, I know the background is half-assed... I had a splinter in my hand while working on it, so that's what you get... no comments on it, I know already! 
Yay, I finally got a chance to submit this!
It's my first Harvest Moon fan art in a long time. And yes, in case anybody's wondering, I have been playing Teh Harvest Moon like crazy lately.
lol Anyways, I was playing through my file with Basil in it, and I finally got to the halfway point of my character's pregnancy... [this was about 2 weeks ago], and Basil started saying, "No matter how much I recieve, it's not enough. No matter how much I give, it's not enough. Oh, this is love isn't it?"... I was like, "zojmaoweiruasdfkajl Basil you charmer!"
And I immediately had to draw a picture of what I thought might be a situation in which he'd say something like that. Soooo... there you go.
I hope the expressions look okay. I like the farmer girl's expression [her name is Sophia in my file]... I wanted Basil to look like an excited father-to-be... but maybe he looks scary? I dunno! >v<
Oh yeah, who's excited about the new Harvest Moon game for the Wii that's coming out in July?!
Okay, I gotta go work on a project, so hopefully I'll have some feedback when I return!
